Backend Registration:
- Event staff can create and manage registrations directly from the admin interface—no CSV uploads required. This enables teams to register constituents over the phone, handle walk-ups, and make updates outside of the standard registration window.
- This feature includes the ability for administrators to add guests to existing registrations!

Custom Reporting Enhancements:

New Columns:
- registration_type - "Admin Registration", "Offline Upload", or "Constituent Registration"; this column is also available via Event Registrations API
- created_by- Admin username for admin-created registrations; this field is only available via Custom Reporting
- initial_registration_id - Registration ID assigned upon initial creation; this column is also available via Event Registrations API

Modified Columns:
- registration_id - Current registration ID, distinct from initial_registration_id when a registration is updated to add activities, add ons, or attendees
- registration_last_modified - Date & time stamp that is updated upon all registrant and admin-initiated changes
Setup Page:
- Event admins now have a dedicated Setup page in the event creation and edit flow between "Details" and "Ticketing". It's a single place to see and enable optional features.
- The initial release includes a toggle to enable a waitlist as part of each event. Future optional features will also be controlled from this page.

Events Evan in GC Events:
- For partners also leveraging Events Evan alongside GC Events, you can now generate a bio for any event registrant directly from the Guests tab.
Date Ranges for Multi-Day Events:
- When an event spans multiple days between the start and end date, the full date range will display on the event landing page in the hero section above the fold.
API Enhancements:

The Event Registrations API now includes two new fields:
initial_registration— For edited registrations, this contains the original registration's ID, state, and timestamps, allowing you to link it back to the original attendeeadditional_registrations— For original registrations, this contains an array of any subsequent edits made by the registrant

The API now includes a
ticketobject for both attendees and activities with the following fields:id— The ticket's IDstate— The ticket state (incomplete,complete,canceled,removed,reserved)rsvp_state— The RSVP status (attending,not_attending)- When an activity is removed from a registration, the
ticket.statewill show"removed", allowing you to accurately detect and reflect these changes in your data systems.

Filter by "All RSVPs" in GC Outreach:
- When sending a message from GC Outreach, you can now filter for those with a specific RSVP status, including, All RSVPs.

Ticket Packages:
- Create ticket packages that include multiple attendees for a single price. Great for a golf foursome or a gala table of 8!
- Add a ticket package to your GC Event under Event Settings > Ticketing > Add Ticket Type > Ticket Package.

Small but Mighty Improvements:
- Event attendance tables now include separate columns for first name and last name allowing admins to easily sort alphabetically by last name to expedite check-in.
- When an admin changes the RSVP status of a registrant to "Not attending", this registrant will no longer be counted toward event capacity limits. These registrants are still counted in the total number of "Tickets Sold" displayed in the event summary.
- The designation field label used for integrated donations will match the designation field label used on the corresponding Online Giving form or campaign.
- The registrant email field now includes help text clarifying "We'll send your confirmation here," making it clear which email receives the confirmation when a registration includes multiple people.
- The "Create Outreach" options in Events now include clearer labels of which registrants are included in each audience (all guests, checked in, not checked in).
- When an event has a waitlist, help text and error messages now clarify that an overall capacity limit is required.
Updated Landing Page Design:
- In response to feedback from partners, our updated landing page design is sleek, modern, and mobile-optimized, and comes with enhanced configurability.

Using the new design, you can now:
- Upload a background image (1920 × 800px) and choose an overlay and text color
- Show or hide the header on your landing page or registration form
- Show or hide the ticket price on the event landing page
- The new landing page design is been applied to new, cloned, archived, canceled, completed, and draft events. Active events as of 10/13/25 will not receive the new design automatically to avoid confusion.

Advanced Permissions:
- There are now nine distinct roles available in GC Events > Administrators and permissions can be assigned globally or on an event-by-event basis.
- Roles define the actions the administrator can preform and a single administrator can be assigned multiple roles.
- Roles include "Events Check-in Admin", "Events Content Manager", "Events View Only Admin", and more.

Updated Registration Flow:
- In response to feedback from partners, our improved registration workflow streamlines the registration process and makes registering for events faster and easier than ever.

Redesigned Check-in for Events & Activities:
- The check-in workflow is now mobile-optimized and enables administrators to scan QR codes directly within GC Events to locate the registrant and all associated attendees.
- For complex events, check-in via QR code is now supported for activities and administrators can check in attendees for the event and an individual activity simultaneously.

Hide the Event Countdown:

On the details tab of your event settings, administrators can now toggle the countdown timer off on an event-by-event basis.
Registration Flow Flip:

During the registration flow on desktop, the next button now appears in the lower right corner while the registration steps are prominently featured on the left-hand side of the screen to improve clarity.
Enable Registrants to Edit Guest Information
- Registrants can now edit the guest name, email, custom fields, and affiliation when registration edits are enabled for the event.
- A last_modified_by_registrant_at time stamp is now available in reporting.

Enhancements for Custom Reporting
- Support for multiple constituent IDs to ensure if a single email address is associated with multiple constituent IDs in GiveCampus, all IDs are included in reporting.
- Adding "Is Registrant" column to distinguish between registrant and guest plus a participant filter to create reports that only include registrants or only include guests.
- Adding a deposit filter, reusable fields, and an activities_summary column to show all activities per guest in your guest report.

Waitlists
- Administrators can now configure an event-level waitlist when an event reaches its capacity or when a particular ticket type is sold out.
- As space becomes available, administrators can send configurable, time-bound invitations to constituents with a single click.

Events Integration with RE NXT Connector
- Partners leveraging the GiveCampus RE NXT integration can now sync events, event registrations, payments and donations directly.

Full Configurability for Events Emails
- All emails generated within GC Events are now fully configurable including registration confirmation, summary, reminder, and RSVP No confirmation.

Guest List Search and Filter
- When the guest list is enabled for an event via the Sharing tab in event settings, the guest list is now searchable by first and last name.
- If affiliation is collected in the registration flow, users can also filter by affiliation and/or value.

Unique Tracking Links
- Administrators can now generate unique tracking links to measure the clicks, registrations, ticket sales, and donor dollars generated by marketing each channel or effort.

Designation Selection for Outright Gifts
- Administrators can now enable event registrants to choose their own designation when making an outright donation during the event registration flow.

Custom Reporting
- Create, save, export, clone, and re-run fully configurable custom reports to access the data you need, when you need it.
- Filter by date range, event(s), and activities; select and reorder your preferred columns; and configure column aliases.

RSVP No
- Provide your constituents the opportunity to RSVP "No" with a simple and streamlined submission form accessible from the event landing page and/or personalized link via GC Outreach email.

Separate Stripe / Paypal Account for Event Revenue
- Partners leveraging GC Online Giving and GC Events can now onboard a separate Stripe and PayPal account to be used exclusively for event revenue.

Reusable Fields
- Standardize the custom fields you collect across multiple events by creating reusable fields to ensure the data always uses the same columns in reporting.
- If you regularly collect address, mobile phone, dietary restrictions, or accessibility requests, consider creating these as reusable fields and save time when building future events.

Custom Fields for Activities and Add-ons
- Once an activity or add on has been created in a Complex event, administrators can now create custom fields that will be displayed to registrants who choose a specific activity or add on.

- For partners using both GC Online Giving and GC Events, school pages can now feature GC Events.

- Create a custom registration experience for complex events by restricting add-ons and activities based on the ticket type a registrant and their guest selects.
- Administrators can now control which activities and add-ons are displayed to which registrants and attendees based on the ticket type selected for the overall event.

Upload Offline Registrations
- Offline registrations can now be added in bulk via CSV upload
- CSV column headers and available values for ticket types, activities, add ons, are provided for each individual event via Event > Offline Registrations.

Enable Registrants to Edit Registrations
- For complex events, administrators can now enable registrants to edit their own registration to modify their activity and add-on selections.
- Registrants can add free or paid activities or add-ons and can remove free activities or add ons but cannot remove any paid activities or add-ons.

Custom Fields for Primary Registrants
- Administrators can now add custom fields for primary registrants without having to ask the same questions for each of the guests attending the event.
Date Range Event Registration Deposit Reports
- Event registration revenue can now be exported via the date range deposit report available via Online Giving > Reporting > Deposit-Based Reports.

Activity-level Check-in
- For complex events, administrators can now track check-ins at the activity level in additional to tracking attendance for the overall event.

Automated Reminder Emails
- Administrators can now configure a reminder email to be sent a set number of days before the event start date / time.

Event Unique Identifiers
- Each time a new event is created, administrators can now set a unique identifier available in reporting to track all registrations tied to a single event more easily.
School-level Event Reporting
- In addition to event-level registration and guest reporting, administrators can now run reports that include registration or guest information across all events.

Hidden Ticket Types
- Administrators can now choose to hide a ticket type so that it remains available for administrative use when adding offline registrations but is excluded from view in the registration flow.
Backfilling Constituent IDs in Events
- When utilizing the backfill constituent ID feature in GC Online Giving, any newly added constituent IDs will be backfilled into GC Events for registrants who used one of the email addresses.

Promo Codes
- Administrators can now create promo codes to provide a percentage or dollar discount on the cost of registration.
- For complex events, administrators can determine if the promo code should apply to the overall ticket cost or activities and add-ons as well.
