School Pages allows for schools to create customized pages highlighting the campaigns of your choosing and add more content and customization to the information you’re sharing. THINK: a dedicated spot for your crowdfunding program, or reunion fundraisers, and so much more!
Each School Pages allows for you to create a unique title, select which campaigns to highlight, collect ideas through Idea Submission, customize some content specific for the page, and give your community an easy way to make a gift if they don’t see a campaign they’re passionate about. Each of these sections can also be hidden, if, for example, you don’t want your community to submit ideas for this particular School Page. Let’s take a closer look!
Building School Pages
To get started, visit your online giving dashboard (present icon) and navigate to School Pages. NOTE: only Superadmins and School Settings Admins will have access to this menu option.
You might notice a School Page already there! This is what we’ve previously referred to as your School Landing Page and where you would land if you clicked your school logo in the upper left.
Select New School Page and fill out the Basics, Page Title, Fundraising Mission, and Header Background Image. Then you’ll head to the Page Layout. Here, you can configure each section of your School Page and determine which are hidden and which are visible, and the order that they’ll appear on your School Page!
Let’s take an even closer look…
Campaigns Section
In this section, you’ll choose the section title, campaign that will be highlighted on this School Page, the order which they’ll display (either alphabetically or by end date), and whether it’s going to be visible on the School Page or not (Visibility checkbox in the upper right).
Idea Submission CTA
In this section you can configure the background image, section header, and button text if you want members of your community visiting this School Page to be able to submit their own campaign ideas. You’ll also determine which Idea Submission Form they’ll be directed to if you make this section visible. Learn more about Idea Submission here!
Custom Section
This can be whatever you want it to be. In this example, we leveraged the Custom Section to share more information about GiveCampus University’s crowdfunding program - Gopher Funding. What’s new and exciting about this section is it leverages our new rich text editor! This new editor allows for a much wider variety of editing, like HEX colors for text, more font options, tables, sections, and so much more!
Make a Gift CTA
This simple section allows for you to provide an option for your community to make a gift to somewhere outside of the campaigns being highlighted. Perhaps they don’t see something they’re passionate about, you can link them to your main GiveCampus form for them to find their fund of choice!
Events
If you have both Online Giving and Events with GiveCampus, you can leverage School Pages to highlight your upcoming events! In this section, you’ll choose the section title, events that will be highlighted on this School Page, which (if any) of the events you'd like to feature, and whether it’s going to be visible on the School Page or not (Visibility checkbox in the upper right).

FAQ
Is there a limit to the number of school pages I can create?
In most cases, no! You can create unlimited School Pages. You could create one just for fundraising, one just for events, etc. Please note: for our partners with Giving Forms only (and no social fundraising or events), you will be limited to your default school page only.
How do I determine where the Make a Gift button goes in the Make a Gift CTA Section?
Your Make a Gift button defaults to be directed to your Campaign Backup Form. If you'd like this button to go to a Giving Form reach out to support@givecampus.com with the link of the form you'd like to direct to.
