Bulk hiding form designations

In Giving Experience → Form Settings & Display → Designation Configuration, use Set Visibility → Hide All on Form to change visibility for the applicable non-pinned designations on the form or in the current unsynced group. Confirm the dialog's scope, then make the desired choices visible and preview the donor form.

Visibility controls are not shown inside a synced group and may be temporarily locked during processing. Pinned designations are excluded from this visibility action. Hiding keeps designations attached to the form and does not delete school funds or historical gifts.

Can I remove the designations instead of hiding them?

Yes. Remove All Designations is a separate button in the main Form Designations list. Return to that list if you are inside a group, click the button, and confirm. It removes eligible assignments across the whole form, including pinned designations and groups, while preserving items still in use. It does not delete the school's master designation records or historical gifts.

Designations used by tiered landing pages, winner-takes-all challenges, directed matches or challenges, conditional email templates, or membership forms are protected. A group can be kept when one of its children is in use. Large removals may take a few minutes and temporarily pause other designation actions.
