Administrator access for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

An event's administrative access depends on the school's permission system, the administrator's role, and applicable event or group access. Work with the school's administrator to grant the intended access and test it with the affected user's account.

Do not assume that an event can be made invisible to all other administrators merely by assigning it to selected people. Events superadmin role membership requires all event-object access. The older authorization path also permits full school administrators or GiveCampus administrators. Restricting ordinary event assignments does not mean a privacy boundary against these broader roles.
