Review, launch, clone, archive, and manage tiered campaigns

How to use

Finish the campaign’s content, forms, dates, and settings, then use the review/approval and launch actions available for its current state and assigned role. Advanced Campaign Admin, Crowdfunding Admin, Fundraising Superadmin and Superadmin can approve/launch main campaigns. Basic Campaign Admin can create/edit/clone campaigns and request publication, but cannot launch the main campaign. Partners cannot customize those individual capabilities inside a role. Review, approval, launch, return to draft, cloning, and archiving are separate actions. A saved draft or preview is not proof that a campaign is live.

For tiered campaigns, open the parent campaign’s tiered area, create/edit the child pages, arrange them, and use the available request-to-publish or publish control. Second- and third-level public landing pages are supported. Review each child’s content and relationship to the parent before sharing its link.

Troubleshooting

An unpublished child page and an unpublished parent can produce different symptoms. Identify the exact level and URL. For tiered-page publishing, Tiered Landing Page Admin can publish assigned tier pages; Basic Tiered Landing Page Admin can edit and request publication but cannot publish or post updates. If an action is absent or rejected, verify page state, assigned role and page access; do not prescribe direct state changes. Cloning should be followed by a review of copied content, dates, links, and configuration before launch.

What can I change after launch?

You can continue editing campaign content, adding funds, and managing tiered landing pages after launch. Campaign renaming changes long URLs, and some structural or gift-related changes have restrictions. See What you can change after launching a campaign for the full guide.
