Open Outreach → Segments → Likely Advocates to identify people to consider recruiting as campaign advocates. Review the column label before interpreting its numbers: interfaces can show Likelihood Score or Likelihood Rank.
What does a score such as 2x mean?
A Likelihood Score ending in x is a relative comparison with the school's average prediction for that model. For example, 2x means the model's prediction is twice the comparison average. It does not mean a 2% chance, a guaranteed number of gifts, or that the person has agreed to advocate. The value helps prioritize outreach, rather than confirming an individual outcome.
N/A means there is no usable constituent prediction for that displayed score. Do not interpret it as a confirmed zero chance of participating.
What if the list shows Likelihood Rank instead?
Use Likelihood Rank as a ranking, not a percentage or multiplier. The ranked list can also contain recent advocates whose email could not be matched to a constituent; these people can appear without a rank. An unranked entry is not proof that the person has never advocated.
The list and its download use the corresponding score or rank column. Review the audience, recipient contact details and any exclusions before sending a recruitment message. These predictions do not establish which specific private behavior caused one person's score; ask Support if you need investigation of an unexpected record.
