The standard campaign progress display uses a whole-number percentage of the goal. Progress below 1% can therefore display as 0%, with an apparently empty progress bar, even though gifts have been recorded.
For a donor-goal campaign, the percentage is based on the donor count divided by the donor goal. For a dollar-goal campaign, it is based on the amount raised divided by the dollar goal. A small number of gifts against a large goal may not yet produce a visible percentage.
Check the campaign's actual donor count or amount raised as well as the progress bar. To review recorded gifts, open Online Giving → Campaigns → select the campaign → Manage Gifts. A zero-percent bar alone is not evidence that a gift failed or was not counted. If the underlying count or amount is also wrong, that is a separate reporting or gift issue to investigate.
This describes the standard whole-number campaign progress display; it does not mean every custom leaderboard or embedded chart uses the same formatting.
