Auction winning bids do not automatically export to Raiser’s Edge NXT

Auction winning-bid payments are not currently included in the native GiveCampus–Raiser’s Edge NXT integration. Receiving the payment or completing the auction auto-charge does not automatically create the corresponding NXT gift record.

Your team must enter or import those auction payments into NXT separately using your institution's accounting workflow. Reconcile the paid auction amounts before doing so to avoid entering payments twice.

Supported event registration and participant synchronization is separate from auction winning-bid payments. Do not assume that connecting an event to NXT also exports its auction purchases. Waiting for another nightly sync, refreshing Gifts to Review, or charging the bidder again will not add this unsupported export capability.

If the missing record is an event registration payment or a separate donation rather than an auction winning bid, identify that payment type and review its applicable NXT export settings instead.
