Who receives GC Labs emails and can individual recipients opt out?

GC Labs emails go to all Superadmins on the account. Recipients cannot currently be configured individually. There is no per-user setting to remove one Superadmin from GC Labs emails while keeping their Superadmin role.

How do I remove someone from GC Labs emails?

GC Labs does not offer a separate recipient list or individual email preference. If the person remains a Superadmin on the account, they remain part of the GC Labs email audience. Do not recommend changing their administrator role solely to stop these emails.

Are these managed through GC Outreach?

No. GC Labs emails are separate from GC Outreach emails. Changing an Outreach audience, unsubscribe topic, or Outreach email preference is not the way to remove someone from GC Labs emails. Do not give Outreach configuration instructions when the partner asks about GC Labs communications.
