Tiered landing page request-to-publish emails cannot currently be turned off with a separate email preference or unsubscribe setting. They are sent to eligible administrators who have permission to publish that specific tiered landing page. This applies to an Advanced Campaign Admin when their assigned permissions include publishing that page; the role name alone does not decide who receives the message.
Does Campaign Submission Notifications turn these emails off?
No. Online Giving → Administrators → Notifications → Campaign Submission Notifications controls main-campaign publish requests and new idea-submission notices for administrators with the corresponding permissions. It does not control tiered landing page requests to publish. Turning off Gift Notifications, campaign update emails, or social account preferences does not stop tiered-page publish-request emails either.
Can I keep publishing access but stop the emails?
There is currently no separate notification setting for that combination. A mailbox rule can organize these emails without changing GiveCampus permissions. Changing publishing permissions changes what the administrator can do; do not recommend removing campaign access simply to quiet their inbox. If their responsibilities have changed, an authorized administrator can review their role and page access separately.
Does this apply to every email associated with a tiered page?
No. This answer is specifically about a message saying someone has requested to publish a tiered landing page. Gift alerts, campaign updates, and other emails have different controls. If the message type is unclear, ask for its subject and whether it concerns publishing, gifts, or updates before recommending a setting. Do not infer that all tier-related emails are mandatory.
Suggested answer for a partner
If you mean the emails requesting approval to publish a tiered landing page, those go to admins with permission to publish that page and cannot currently be disabled separately. The Campaign Submission Notifications checkbox does not turn off tiered landing page requests. If you want to retain publishing access, a rule in your email inbox can help organize those messages.
