Bulk association of existing funds with a group

For GiveCampus school settings.

The school designation/group CSV upload can add existing funds to a new group. Use the current downloadable template, retain exact names/backend identifiers, populate the intended group hierarchy, and review validation notices before processing. Then add/sync the group to the giving form and verify visibility/search. This does not create a dynamic group that automatically includes every future fund. Preserve existing descriptions: the importer can update them from the CSV. Ask support for a reviewed large upload when needed.
