Affiliation order and built-in removal limits

There is no single school-wide alphabetize control that makes forms and Events use the same order. Giving-form affiliation selection has a draggable list, but Events currently displays default affiliations first and then by ID. School affiliation settings offer Hide/Delete/Edit for custom affiliations; built-in defaults such as Parent do not have these controls. For a particular form or event, deselect an unused affiliation in its affiliation settings rather than assuming the default can be deleted globally. Custom affiliations tied to tiers cannot be hidden/deleted there. The ordinary edit screen does not expose an unrestricted rename of an existing report-column key; request a reviewed change for that key and its reporting/integration dependencies.
