Upload records for wealth screening and retrieve results

For authorized Wealth Analytics users. Features and result access depend on your school’s subscription and your permissions.

How to use

Open Wealth → Uploads → Upload New Data. Download the example CSV and follow the required, recommended and optional headers displayed. Select the CSV and click Upload, inspect the review page, and approve only after checking the records. Retrieve results through the available download/history controls once processing completes.

Before you begin

The upload flow rejects missing column headers, empty header names, missing required headers, and unsupported headers. Review also reports recommended fields. Approval queues external screening rather than immediately returning results.

The Uploads page says the first file may take up to two weeks to process; later files should be returned within two days. An email provides the enriched CSV download when ready. These are processing estimates, not a guaranteed turnaround. Summary-only/free screening configurations can differ from full result delivery.

Troubleshooting

Check the required/allowed headers and current screening access. If delivery is unavailable, ask the school administrator/support about the school’s configuration. Do not represent screening estimates as personal financial facts.
