Parent affiliation without a year dropdown

For GiveCampus school settings.

For a school-owned editable Parent affiliation, select No Dropdown or Write-in; a protected default needs Support review. Use this setting while retaining the active Parent label. Save and preview the form. This removes its year dropdown instead of removing the affiliation. Consider other uses of the same school affiliation before changing a shared definition.
