Change the school contact email used in gift confirmations

How to use

Open Online Giving → School-Level Settings → Branding. Find School Contact Email Address, enter the desired shared or staff address, and save. This action requires permission to manage school settings. If the setting is missing, ask an authorized school administrator or support to check your access and interface.

In the gift-confirmation rendering, the $SCHOOL_CONTACT_EMAIL$ token uses the school's contact address. If that address is blank, the displayed fallback is support@givecampus.com. Check a newly generated test or preview of the relevant gift email after saving.

Important distinctions

The school contact address, message sender address, reply-to address, notification recipients, and a literal address typed into a template are different settings. Changing the contact field will not replace an address hard-coded in a template and will not change email already delivered. Inspect the actual template if the old address persists.
