Change the school contact email used in gift confirmations

How to use

Open Online Giving → School-Level Settings → Branding. Find School Contact Email Address, enter the desired shared or staff address, and save. This action is included in Superadmin, Fundraising Superadmin, or School-Level Settings Admin. If the setting is missing, ask a Superadmin or Fundraising Superadmin to review your assigned role; partners cannot add an individual school-settings permission inside another role.

In the gift-confirmation rendering, the $SCHOOL_CONTACT_EMAIL$ token uses the school's contact address. If that address is blank, the displayed fallback is support@givecampus.com. Check a newly generated test or preview of the relevant gift email after saving.

Important distinctions

The school contact address, message sender address, reply-to address, notification recipients, and a literal address typed into a template are different settings. Changing the contact field will not replace an address hard-coded in a template and will not change email already delivered. Inspect the actual template if the old address persists.
