Additional gift-notification recipients need confirmed accounts

Adding an address to a form’s Additional recipients list does not itself establish a usable recipient account or delivery. The recipient needs a confirmed GiveCampus account with the matching email address; a guest or tracking-link identity is not sufficient. Have the recipient create/confirm the appropriate account, save the matching address in the form notification list, and inspect the actual gift’s notification history if mail is missing. Do not assume the saved list automatically invited or confirmed the person.
