Add a new parent class year

For GiveCampus school settings.

For a school-owned editable Parent affiliation, open School-Level Settings → Affiliations and edit it. Built-in default affiliations are protected; ask Support to review those records instead. If it uses Include Dropdown → Years, extend Start Year / End Year to include the new year while retaining the required existing years, then save. The start year determines the top of the list. If the affiliation instead uses a Custom dropdown, add the new choice to that custom list. Confirm the correct affiliation is enabled on the giving form and preview the public donor flow. Editing a form's visual layout alone does not add values to the underlying affiliation choices.
