Use saved custom report for one form

For GiveCampus reporting.

Run the Donation Report from the individual form/campaign’s reporting context and select the saved custom report template. The template controls columns; the form context supplies the project scope. A school-wide date-range report remains school-wide even when the same template is selected. Confirm the report identifies the intended form before exporting.
