Positive gift amount on a refunded deposit-report row

The deposit-based gift-report path reads the contribution reporting view, whose donation_amount is the contribution's value. It does not universally negate that column when a gift is refunded. refund_status, refunded_at, datetime_of_refund_recovery and refund_recovery_transfer are separate fields. Therefore a positive donation_amount on a refunded row is not proof the refund failed, and summing it as signed bank cash flow can be misleading. Identify the exact report and reconcile payment/refund/payout records; other deposit summaries may use different signs and columns.
