Resolve GC Connect API-access errors before pairing a reader

GC Connect access is checked against a fundraising administrator record with terminal access enabled. A normal GiveCampus login or a device pairing code alone is insufficient. An authorized administrator should check the correct school's administrator notification/access table; its terminal-access control appears when the school has the Stripe terminal feature.

The session path also checks school partnership and whether a terminal API key is active, expired or revoked. Ask support to inspect the exact account and error if the control is absent or access still fails. Do not create an unrelated general integration API key as a substitute, share another administrator's credentials, or assume GC Go/MOTO permissions are interchangeable with this legacy GC Connect path.
