Hide an affiliation or rename its reporting column

For GiveCampus school settings.

The school affiliation table exposes Hide, Show, Edit and Delete for custom affiliations, but not the built-in default rows. A default Parent row therefore need not offer the same removal controls as a custom affiliation. For custom affiliations, hiding removes its selection from affected projects; it is not merely a cosmetic change to the table. Affiliations associated with tiered campaigns cannot be hidden/deleted through this action until that dependency is resolved.

The Report Column input appears only when creating an affiliation in the editor. Editing its visible label is different from changing its stored column identity. Ask support to assess report/integration/history dependencies before changing an existing column name; do not delete and recreate an affiliation solely to rename that key. Display ordering in a particular form/event needs its own configuration check.
