Enable organization AI features and distinguish beta access

An authorized settings administrator can open school dashboard Settings > AI Settings, select Enable AI Features for this organization, review the displayed agreement and save. This applies organization-wide.

When AI is already enabled, the school-user controls are disabled and direct questions to support; contact GiveCampus Support to discuss removing the agreement. Individual features can require additional entitlement/beta gates. Organization AI agreement alone does not make every AI feature appear.
