Resolved follow-ups remain in Should-Be Donors

The Should-Be Donors table and export do not expose a per-row dismiss/remove action. Preserve actual gift/payment history and maintain follow-up status or recipient exclusions in the appropriate outreach/CRM process. A mailed check, DAF gift or donation on another form does not create a manual-dismiss control for the original abandoned attempt. Turning off automated nudges is a separate broader setting, not removal from this report.
