Request an institution bank-account change

The Stripe bank-account create, default-change and removal actions are restricted to GiveCampus staff. School reporting/banking access does not grant them. Contact authorized support with the institution and relevant processor/account/currency for the approved change process. Use that verified process for account details.

Changing payout frequency is separate from replacing the payout bank account. Updating one processor/account does not confirm a change to every payment route.
