Report recurring donors with expired cards

Use the recurring-subscription list/report with subscription_state and inspect card_expired records; include failed gifts where the report option requires it. The list supports state search, and a custom export can include subscription_state. Expired cards and all recurring_failed attempts are not identical: other declines also fail, and expiration checks can involve active/failed schedules. Review the payment-method/failed reason for follow-up and send the supported donor modification link rather than requesting card details.
