Paid Name cannot recover an omitted surname

Recorded Paid Name is not guaranteed to be an independent complete billing first and last name. In at least one payment flow it is copied from the entered payer name. Exporting that field cannot reconstruct a missing surname. For future gifts, collect the needed separate name fields; for existing gifts obtain a verified correction rather than inventing a missing name.
