Find recurring gifts with expired payment cards

Include subscription_state on the Subscription Report, include failed gifts, and filter the exported state to card_expired. Keep the date range broad enough to include older subscriptions. This identifies subscriptions currently recorded in that state, not a forecast of all cards approaching expiration and not every generic failure. Verify known examples before treating an exported list as complete.
