Failed recurring report versus exhausted reminder history

Use the Recurring Donation Reports Subscription Report with Include failed gifts, then filter the exported State to unresolved recurring_failed/card_expired records and review current subscription status before outreach. Include failed adds failures to the export; it is not a failed-only or reminders-exhausted switch. The standard report does not confirm that five reminder emails were delivered or that a failure remained unresolved after all reminders. For that narrower list, reconcile the failed subscription with its retry/final-failure notification history; eligibility for a final-failure notice depends on the overdue next-run date, not a report count of five delivered emails.
