Subscribe colleagues to platform status updates

Visit GiveCampus Status, enter the desired email address and choose the offered notification options. Complete Confirm subscription in the resulting email to activate incident and scheduled-maintenance updates. Each colleague can subscribe their own address; adding them to a school team is not evidence that the confirmation was completed.

The public status page does not resolve a particular donor's payment or a private school-account issue. A sender display name alone does not authenticate an email.
