School tax receipt fallback and duplicate-receipt wording

For GiveCampus school settings.

Open School-Level Settings → Tax Receipts for the institution-level Include Tax Receipts setting and template text. The page explicitly says this language is used only when gift-receipt emails are not configured for the relevant Campaign Backup Form, Giving Form or campaign. When school text is missing from a donor email, first inspect that specific form/campaign's configured gift-receipt template rather than assuming the school setting overrides it. School-Level Settings → Other → Resend Gift Receipt Language is a separate control for duplicate-receipt wording.
