Include a full street address

The non-recurring notification editor exposes $ADDRESS$, which renders the gift's saved full mailing address. The protected custom-fields section can also include saved address components. Verify the actual saved fields and permission-sensitive template before adding content; a token cannot recover an address that was never collected or was supplied only after the message rendered. This does not confirm automatic revised notifications for later post-payment answers.
