Header logo destination

For GiveCampus school settings.

The standard campaign header logo links to the school landing page. The school setting can disable this link but is not an arbitrary destination URL field. To promote a giving form, add a clear button/link or update the school landing-page content. Default destination changes require the appropriate authorized workflow.
