Export tribute fields and donor stories from gift data

First identify the field in which the story was collected. Gift reporting includes in_honor_of and in_memory_of under Gift Info. The in_honor_of view uses supported additional-field/legacy honor values; a separate custom-question response requires that actual field instead.

Include donor name and gift ID with the selected response field, use the correct campaign/form and date/state scope, and compare a few known gifts before exporting the full set. A donor's public comment, a campaign update and a tribute response are not automatically the same record or export. If the quote appears only in another surface, support should identify its source rather than promise that a tribute column contains it.

Do not treat the report as permission to publish every donor's private response. The requested internal record should include only the information needed for the school's purpose.
