Export incomplete or drop-off gifts

Use the donation report’s Include failed contributions option to export eligible stored failed gifts and include payment state. This is not a report of all unfinished checkouts: the ordinary reporting view excludes pending gifts except pending pledges, as well as deleted and phantom records. Incomplete Gift Nudges can target eligible unprocessed records that are not all included by this export. Neither feature identifies every visitor who opened or partly typed into a form. Review failed gifts for recorded payment failures; request support assessment for other captured incomplete records, and do not assume recovery of unsaved visitor details.
