Event gifts with gift and constituent identifiers

For optional gifts made through event registration, use a school-level Online Giving donation/custom report and include Donation ID, Constituent Identifier and Event ID, along with amount, state and the intended date fields. Export the relevant date range and retain rows whose Event ID matches the desired events (or is populated for an all-events selection). This reports Contribution gifts, not the ticket price's charitable component. The event Gifts table alone shows gift ID but does not supply the constituent-identifier column in its default columns. A blank constituent identifier means the record lacks a matched external identifier; the report cannot invent one. Check state/refund and row expansion before summing.
