Distinguish pledge, capture and deposit dates in donation reports

In the contribution report:

• date_of_pledge is the contribution's confirmed_at date. The column name does not mean every row is a separate formal pledge.
• date_of_capture is the contribution's captured_at date.
• date_of_deposit is the associated deposit's deposited_at date.

These mark different stages and may differ or be blank. Do not treat confirmation as proof of settled funds, or the deposit date as the date the donor submitted the form. The view also exposes datetime_of_deposit and stripe_deposit for the relevant deposit/processor context; their presence in the source view does not mean every report template already selects them. Confirm the actual report's date/timezone treatment before reconciling boundary dates.
