Count active monthly recurring donors

For GiveCampus reporting.

Use Reports → Recurring Donation Reports → Subscription Report, with a creation range broad enough to include older still-active subscriptions and fields for frequency/state and donor identifier. Filter monthly and active commitments; distinguish failed/retrying/canceled/ended or future-start commitments based on the report’s actual statuses. Count unique donor IDs, not subscription rows, and use the Installment Report with capture dates if actively giving means successful payments in a specific period. One donor may have multiple subscriptions.
