Build custom reports and manage aliases and columns

How to use

Open Reporting → Custom Reports and create/edit or clone the relevant report. Use the column controls to add/remove fields and order them. Report templates and aliases provide reusable configuration in the corresponding area.

Event custom reports have their own columns, aliases, and filters for events, activities, and deposits. Use the product-specific report builder instead of assuming a giving report and an event report share all fields.

Troubleshooting

Verify whether the question concerns a column label/alias or the value used by the underlying field. A renamed column does not change the source record. Review the export with known records before relying on it for reconciliation.

Check the meaning of unfamiliar columns and the scope of aliases in the specific report. Do not assume that changing a template updates previously cloned reports; review the resulting report before using its totals.
