Add Stripe deposit details to a custom gift report

For GiveCampus reporting.

Editable custom giving reports expose datetime_of_deposit and stripe_deposit under Gift Info. Add them, optionally alias, save and export. They do not make unrelated report types support Stripe data and can be blank before matching payout data exists. Use deposit reports for reconciliation.
