Some affiliations cannot be edited; allow multiple parent years

For GiveCampus school settings.

The policy prevents editing/deleting built-in default affiliations even when the administrator can manage school settings. A protected default is different from a school-owned editable affiliation; a higher role does not remove that default-record restriction.

For an editable school affiliation with dropdown choices, enable Allow Multiple and set Selection Limit (the editor offers 1–10), then save and preview the form. For a protected Parent default, ask support to review the appropriate school-owned configuration rather than promising that the same edit button can be unlocked. Adding more year choices and permitting one person to select multiple years are separate settings.
