Should Be Donors and blank failure reasons

Should Be Donors represents unfinished attempts, not only declined payments. In the scope, attempts are older than one hour and in an unprocessed state, with exclusions for existing donor email, internal/admin records, offline records, memberships and crypto; pledges without a payment method are excluded as well. A blank failure reason does not prove a processor decline occurred. Inspect the actual attempt/payment before interpreting a blank reason or recommending another charge. A login interruption needs its own investigation.
