It excludes donor emails already represented in processed gifts, global admin users, phantom gifts, GiveCampus email addresses, crypto and unpaid pledges without a payment method. Merely beginning checkout is not sufficient to guarantee a record. A five-minute test is too recent; inspect the actual record and filters if it remains absent after the age requirement.
