Phone numbers in Should Be Donors exports

For GiveCampus reporting.

The Should Be Donors CSV has fixed columns: payer name/email, amount, designation, ZIP, city, state, creation time, failure reason, payment method and card type. Phone is not included, and the endpoint does not expose custom columns. An ordinary custom donation report does not automatically select the same unprocessed-donor population. Request a supported scoped export or reporting enhancement if more fields are needed; only data actually captured can be returned.
