Moving a gift instead of duplicating it

Authorized donation editing supports moving eligible gifts to another campaign in the same school. A single recurring installment cannot move independently; the recurring commitment has its own workflow. Review designations and match/leaderboard consequences. Do not duplicate an existing gift as an offline entry merely because it belongs to another form. Actual moves need authorized record access.
