Events deposit-report access and fixed export fields

Events deposit reports require View Events Deposit Reports under Events - Reporting. Events Finance Admin and Events Reporting Admin are examples of configured roles with this permission; Gift Management Admin is not a substitute for verifying the Events permission. The standard Event Registration Deposit Report uses fixed columns and has no separate transaction-fee or donor-covered-fee column. Its payment amount should not be relabeled as net proceeds. Custom reports are a separate feature and only expose their supported fields.
