Card Type Link and Veracross method 9

For GiveCampus reporting.

A Link subtype refers to Stripe Link handling; the payment helper recognizes Link-branded Instant Bank Payments. Veracross Payment Method 9 is the Other/default output, including payment subtypes without a matching mapping. It does not mean payment failure or identify card digits. Card Type is populated from the stored payment subtype; the Veracross field falls back to 9 when no mapping matches.
