DAFpay checked but absent at checkout

DAFpay requires a ready school DAFpay account (enabled, claimed and connected) and DAFpay enabled for the selected form or campaign. Other eligibility checks include USD and supported gift types; pledges, matches/challenges, recurring gifts and incentive selections have separate restrictions.

Donor-covered processing fees are supported for all current DAFpay gifts. Fee coverage is optional and does not make an otherwise eligible gift ineligible for DAFpay. If DAFpay is missing, investigate account readiness, the form’s payment settings and the gift’s eligibility. Do not tell a donor to turn off fee coverage to make DAFpay appear.

A configuration checkbox alone does not satisfy every condition. Compare the actual gift choices and account readiness with support; do not disable protections or remove a donor's intended gift terms merely to force a payment method to appear. This describes product eligibility, not a legal assessment of any DAF distribution.
