The eligibility requires a ready school Chariot account (enabled, claimed and connected), no project disable flag, USD, no donor-covered fee, and a gift that is not a pledge, match/challenge, recurring gift or incentive selection. A configuration checkbox alone does not satisfy every condition. Compare the actual gift choices and account readiness with support; do not disable protections or remove a donor's intended gift terms merely to force a payment method to appear. This describes product eligibility, not a legal assessment of any DAF distribution.
