Receive campaign publish-request notifications

Main campaigns: configurable subscription

To receive main-campaign requests to publish, go to Online Giving → Administrators → Notifications, have a Superadmin or Fundraising Superadmin enable Campaign Submission Notifications for the administrator. Launch-capable roles are Superadmin, Fundraising Superadmin, Advanced Campaign Admin, and Crowdfunding Admin, and access must cover the campaign. To stop that subscription, clear the checkbox. A role or a checked box alone is insufficient if the other eligibility requirements are not met; use the administrator's confirmed GiveCampus account email.

Idea submissions use the same checkbox

New idea-submission notices require Campaign Submission Notifications and a Superadmin, Fundraising Superadmin, or Crowdfunding Admin role. Enable the checkbox for the eligible recipients who should receive these notices and disable it for those who should not. The same preference also controls main-campaign publish requests, so it is not an idea-only toggle.

Tiered landing page requests are different and cannot be muted separately

Tiered landing page requests to publish do not use the Campaign Submission Notifications checkbox. They are sent to eligible administrators in Superadmin, Fundraising Superadmin, Advanced Campaign Admin, Basic Campaign Admin, Tiered Landing Page Admin, or Crowdfunding Admin, with assigned access to that tiered page. There is currently no separate opt-out or unsubscribe preference for these requests.

Clearing Campaign Submission Notifications, Gift Notifications, or personal campaign-update preferences will not stop these tiered-page publish requests. Retaining a publishing-capable role and page access while muting just these requests is not currently configurable. A mailbox rule can organize the emails without changing roles or page access. Do not recommend removing a needed role or page assignment simply to stop email.

If the email is a gift alert or campaign update associated with a tier, use that message category's controls instead. Ask for the subject if it is unclear which notification the partner means; do not generalize this limitation to every tier-related email.
