Information for an institutional URL redirect

For a redirect managed by your institution, provide IT the exact institution-owned source URL, the final public GiveCampus destination URL, and desired activation timing. Test both source and destination after IT implements it. A web redirect is different from serving GiveCampus directly at a custom hostname: DNS/CNAME changes alone do not implement URL forwarding. Do not invent GiveCampus DNS targets or certificate settings for a simple institutional redirect.
