Create the designation, then attach it to the form

For GiveCampus school settings.

Create the fund in School-Level Settings → Designations using its donor-facing name and institution-approved backend identifier. Then add the designation or intended group to the target giving form, verify visibility and preview the donor selector. School-level existence does not prove the form includes the fund. Duplicate active name/backend pairs are rejected; do not invent institutional identifiers.
